• Optimize frontend infrastructure and Core Web Vitals across multiple products
• Oversee code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and maintainability
• Communicate technical concepts and progress to product owners and non-technical stakeholders
• Continuously optimize development processes and workflows to enhance team productivity
• Collaborate with remote product management teams to deliver customer-facing web applications

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js with App Router
• Extensive experience with the internationalization lifecycle for large-scale applications, including integration with translation management systems such as Crowdin
• Proficiency with monorepo tools such as NX or Turborepo
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, analytics, and A/B testing solutions
• Proven track record in SEO optimization and PageSpeed improvements, including CLS and INP
• Strong UI/UX skills with Figma and experience building responsive, consumer-facing web applications
• Comfortable working in AI-driven engineering environments, using AI throughout system design, prototyping, refactoring, testing, and code review
