Frontend developer (react) with german for HR software

Andersen is hiring a Frontend Developer (React) with German for a project developing a modern HR management platform and enhancing its web capabilities and user experience. Our customer is an established technology provider developing cloud-based software solutions that help organizations manage and optimize workforce-related processes.

• Developing and enhancing the frontend of a central HR solution.
• Building and maintaining modern, user-friendly web interfaces and frontend functionality.
• Collaborating closely with the Scrum team to continuously improve the product and maximize value for users.
• Contributing to frontend technology decisions and ensuring the quality, maintainability, and performance of the web application.
• Participating in Scrum ceremonies, technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities.

• Professional experience in frontend development for 2+ years.
• Proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with React Hook Form and TanStack Query (React Query).
• A team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for building high-quality software solutions.
• A passion for sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and empowering other team members.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
• Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.
