• Design, develop, and maintain a new codebase using React and TypeScript to create a scalable, clean, and efficient frontend architecture;
• Deliver high-quality, testable code at a high pace through efficient development processes;
• Implement and manage integrations with external services for A/B testing and feature flagging;
• Work closely with the CTO, backend teams, and Product to translate product vision into a robust technical solution;
• Serve as a key resource for technical decision-making;
• Mentor other engineers;
• Use AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Copilot as part of everyday development.

• 7+ Years of experience developing scalable applications with TypeScript and React;
• Functional understanding of JavaScript backends such as NestJS;
• Proven ability to write high-quality, testable code;
• Experience optimizing performance for a smooth user experience;
• Strong design sense and ability to independently create polished, user-friendly interfaces;
• Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset and full accountability for the frontend stack;
• Ability to prioritize developer productivity and deliver high-quality code at an accelerated pace;
• Creative and solution-driven approach to complex challenges;
• Excellent written and spoken English;
• Focus on measurable product and business impact;
• Nice to have: Experience writing React-Native applications.
