converlytics GmbH is a consulting agency focused on website, app, and online performance. Founded in 2011, it supports companies with web analytics, conversion optimization, online success, analytics system implementation, and data-driven business optimization.

• Support customers in projects involving web analytics, conversion optimization, personalization, and marketing automation;
• Program and implement web analytics and online marketing tracking pixels in tag management systems, including the related data layer;
• Create and configure JavaScript-based A/B tests;
• Support customers with tailored solutions for Big Data, raw data processing, and on-site personalization based on in-house applications;
• Maintain customer tool configurations and continuously develop optimization proposals;
• Independently take ownership of innovative projects.

• Hold a university or university of applied sciences degree in business informatics, computer science, economics, natural sciences, or equivalent vocational training;
• Have knowledge of web technologies, especially JavaScript, HTML, and CSS;
• Have very good analytical skills, a strong quality focus, and a customer-oriented approach;
• Have very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written;
• A German work permit is required;
• Nice to have: PHP, work experience in analytics or online marketing, experience with web analytics tools such as Mapp Intelligence or Google Analytics, experience with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium.
