• Own building experiences for the group travel and events product;
• Shape how experiences come together within the product and the broader Perk platform;
• Refine what to build and why, contributing to quarterly goals and long-term vision;
• Write design documents for major platform changes;
• Identify investment areas and proactively manage technical debt;
• Communicate complex ideas across multiple teams and drive broader organisational alignment;
• Coordinate cross-squad initiatives and contribute to engineering guilds;
• Support solution discovery with architects;
• Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues;
• Provide thoughtful feedback during reviews and raise engineering standards;
• Help Engineering Managers understand the team's technical growth needs.

• Experience operating beyond an immediate team and driving alignment across teams;
• Experience writing design documents for major platform changes;
• Experience mentoring and coaching less experienced engineers;
• Ability to contribute to product goals and long-term technical vision;
• Ability to identify technical investment areas and manage technical debt proactively;
• Nice to have: Experience with travel, spend management, or events products.
