SOFTSWISS supplies iGaming software solutions. Its Sportsbook is a software platform for launching and managing online sports betting businesses, helping clients create and operate bookmaker websites faster and more easily.

• Work in a fully agile environment with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders;
• Translate mockups into optimized, reusable, high-quality code;
• Improve product quality and development processes;
• Conduct code reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Document personal code and technical solutions.

• Focus on users, clients, and product outcomes;
• Have a good understanding of UX and attention to user experience details;
• Have 7+ years of experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS;
• Have strong experience with React.js, Hooks, and state management using Redux or similar tools;
• Have more than 1.5 years of experience with Next.js;
• Know HTTP, networking fundamentals, and browser APIs;
• Understand algorithm fundamentals;
• Write clean, maintainable code with unit tests;
• Have experience with AI coding assistants: Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot;
• Have native-level Russian proficiency;
• Have English proficiency at B1+ level or higher;
• Nice to have: Docker, GitLab CI/CD, understanding of server-side development, Node.js, React Native.
