Parloa builds agentic AI for enterprise customer experience, enabling companies to deliver seamless, intelligent, and helpful customer conversations at scale. Its frontend engineering teams develop the agent management platform and shared frontend infrastructure, including microfrontend architecture, a Server-Driven UI library, and a shared design system.

• Build and ship the agent management platform UI and platform improvements using microfrontend architecture, the shared design system, and the Server-Driven UI library;
• Own the technical design and delivery of complex features or services within the team;
• Ship small, high-quality increments while balancing speed, scalability, security, and maintainability;
• Work full-stack when needed with TypeScript/React, adjacent services, and integrations;
• Leverage modern AI tooling for implementation, reviews, documentation, testing, and debugging while validating outputs;
• Define SLIs, instrument work, and proactively monitor impact;
• Maintain clean CI/CD, meaningful tests, safe rollouts, and fast rollbacks;
• Respond to production issues, contribute to blameless postmortems, and drive systemic improvements;
• Conduct code reviews, write documentation, mentor engineers, and contribute fixes upstream to shared packages;
• Share patterns and strengthen the team’s technical standards.

• Professional experience building and shipping production systems in fast-moving environments;

• TypeScript and React experience;
• Nice to have: Experience with React Router, styled-components, TanStack Query, nanostores, micro-frontends, single-spa, Webpack, Turborepo, pnpm workspaces, GitHub Actions, Azure Blob Storage, Vitest, RTL, MSW, and Playwright.
