5+ Years of professional experience in front-end development;
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Redux;
Experience with front-end testing frameworks and practices;
Hands-on experience with Cypress and/or Playwright, Webpack, and Create React App (CRA);
Experience working with AG Grid or similar advanced data grid solutions;
Ability to demonstrate strong technical judgment and constructive communication;
Nice to have: Experience with Angular, familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code, understanding of prompting techniques and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
