• Develop and maintain modern web applications for internal users.
• Build intuitive user interfaces that simplify complex workflows and data-driven processes.
• Work closely with Product, Business Analysts, UX, engineers and other stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Build reusable, maintainable and well-tested frontend components.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Help your team solve engineering challenges and establish frontend development best practices.
• Continuously improve usability, accessibility, performance and reliability.
• Contribute to technical decisions and introduce technologies and approaches that improve our frontend applications and developer experience.

• Strong development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience building modern web applications using React or similar frontend frameworks.
• Good understanding of HTTP(S), REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience designing and building reusable frontend components.
• An understanding of responsive design, accessibility and modern web development practices.
• Ability to translate user requirements and complex workflows into clear and intuitive interfaces.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with engineers, analysts, product teams and other stakeholders.
• Self-driven, curious and eager to learn and improve.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills.
• Будет плюсом: Experience building internal tools, operational platforms or data-rich applications; Experience with design systems or component libraries; Experience with automated frontend testing; Familiarity with CI/CD and modern software engineering practices; Experience visualising or working with complex datasets
