As a Front-End Team Lead at Via’s Tel Aviv R&D center, you will lead a talented group of engineers in building the technology powering our Operation Center—the real-time heartbeat of our global service. - Own both the people and operational aspects of the team, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement.
- Drive technical excellence through architecture decisions, design discussions, and code reviews.
- Take ownership of improving development processes, engineering practices, and the way the team works.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to build impactful user experiences.
- Understand the product deeply and make technical decisions that create real value for users.
- Implement and improve Front-End tools and libraries used across Via.Improve the user experience across Via’s platform.
