The project enhances banking self-service kiosks and provides secure, user-friendly digital card solutions for a large financial institution serving millions of retail and corporate clients.

• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and RxDart for reactive programming and asynchronous data stream management;
• Build interactive user interfaces and custom animations with high performance at 60/120 FPS;
• Design application architecture and implement state management using BLoC and Provider patterns;
• Integrate REST APIs, perform JSON parsing and serialization, and handle network errors and request timeouts;
• Optimize network requests through caching, pagination, and efficient local data management;
• Develop native Android and iOS modules when required;
• Design, develop, test, release, and maintain applications throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Configure build automation and manage application versioning;
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews or demos;
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests;
• Develop and maintain end-to-end tests using Flutter Driver or Appium;
• Share knowledge with the team, conduct code reviews, mentor colleagues, and support onboarding of new team members;
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Codemagic and GitHub Actions;
• Work with Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Crashlytics for backend services, analytics, and crash monitoring;
• Profile application performance, optimize app startup time, and reduce build size;
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to clarify requirements and break down tasks into deliverable work items.

• 2+ Years of experience as a Flutter Developer;
• Strong ability to develop interactive user interfaces and high-performance animations;
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON;
• Ability to optimize network requests and efficiently manage application data;
• Solid knowledge of BLoC and Provider state management patterns;
• Experience designing, developing, testing, releasing, and maintaining mobile applications throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Experience with build automation and application version management;
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups;
• Experience writing unit, widget, and integration tests in Flutter;
• Familiarity with quality assurance and end-to-end testing tools such as Flutter Driver and Appium;
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter applications, including Codemagic and GitHub Actions;
• Experience working with Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and Crashlytics;
• Intermediate English or above;
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with native Android development using Java/Kotlin and iOS development using Swift/Objective-C.
