• Design the architecture and develop cross-platform mobile applications (iOS / Android) from scratch, as well as refactor the existing codebase;
• Choose and implement the most suitable design patterns and state management approaches;
• Integrate the application with internal REST APIs and third-party services, including payment gateways, analytics systems, and push notifications;
• Profile and optimize application performance, memory usage, UI rendering, and ensure stable operation in poor network conditions (offline-first approach);
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile development, including automated builds, testing, and deployment to App Store Connect and Google Play Console;
• Collaborate with Python developers and the CTO to define Backend API requirements;
• Conduct code reviews, maintain high development standards, and reduce technical debt.

• 4+ Years of commercial experience in mobile application development, including 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter (Dart);
• Strong understanding of the mobile application lifecycle on both iOS and Android;
• Solid experience with state management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider;
• Experience working with local databases (SQLite, Hive, Isar);
• Experience integrating Firebase services (Crashlytics, Analytics, Cloud Messaging) and product analytics tools such as Amplitude;
• Good understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design principles;
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2);
• Nice to have: Experience with native integrations using MethodChannels.
