Experienced Back-end Developer

IFUcare is a SaaS platform that delivers electronic Instructions for Use (eIFU) for medical devices - a regulated, high-stakes domain where what you ship genuinely matters. The platform runs on AWS, serves customers across multiple countries, and is actively evolving.

Initially, you'll own the entire backend across a newly to be developed platform: the APIs, the data layer and the integrations that keep the business running, and the evolution of the architecture as the platform grows. In the long run, you'll work alongside a frontend and backend developer and collaborate with a DevOps team and external customer teams.

You’ll be joining the backend development of a live medical device SaaS platform used across Europe. Small team. High autonomy. Modern stack. And yes, we expect you to use AI tools. Seriously.
