MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform that combines licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to deliver psychiatric care in the United States. Its technology automates charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning to help providers focus on patient care while improving efficiency and clinical quality.
задачи
- Drive engineering-wide technical and non-technical initiatives that improve team performance and organizational growth
- Support proactive engineers and help their ideas surface, get heard, and move forward
- Own track-level ceremonies, kick-offs, cross-team syncs, and retrospectives while keeping teams autonomous in execution
- Partner with Product Managers to deliver intuitive, reliable, well-built user experiences
- Build and maintain a culture of ownership, trust, and continuous improvement
- Set clear individual performance expectations and address concerns early and constructively
- Hire, onboard, mentor, and grow engineers at multiple experience levels
требования
- At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams in a product company; agency and outsourcing experience do not qualify
- Experience building or scaling zero-to-one product and engineering initiatives
- Familiarity with structured onboarding and growth frameworks, including career ladders, development plans, and learning paths
- Ability to proactively identify problems, drive initiatives end-to-end, and make decisions with incomplete information
- Strong prioritization, execution, and communication skills, including communicating when bandwidth is limited
- Communicates openly and transparently, provides full context, owns mistakes, and prioritizes correctness over personal preference
- Makes high-quality decisions grounded in logic, research, multiple perspectives, and data
- Ability to work closely with Product Managers to deliver intuitive, performant, and reliable user experiences
- Advanced English (B2) and fluent Russian
