• Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM (Supply Chain Management)
• Analyze customers’ business processes and propose optimal automation solutions using D365 SCM
• Set up and configure D365 SCM modules according to customer requests
• Train users to work with the system and conduct presentations and seminars
• Develop and maintain project documentation
• Provide technical support and resolve issues and questions
• Collaborate with developers and other specialists to implement requirements and fix errors

• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM
• Knowledge of basic supply chain management business processes
• Skills in setting up and configuring D365 SCM modules
• Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes
• English proficiency at least at the B2 level
• Будет плюсом: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification, experience with other ERP systems
