Dynamics 365 CRM manager

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, enhancements, and upgrades
• Drive CRM transformation initiatives across sales, marketing, customer service, and field service
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Advise leadership on CRM best practices and emerging technologies
• Lead and mentor CRM consultants and analysts
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development within the CRM team

• 8+ Years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• 3+ Years of experience managing CRM teams, programs, or large transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
• Experience leading CRM implementation projects in complex enterprise environments
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
• Strong understanding of CRM best practices, governance, and change management
• Willingness and ability to travel to client locations, mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long periods
