• Develop and maintain central APIs and web services with Python and Django for secure, fast data access for B2B customers;
• Continuously evolve the platform, bring new features to market, and ensure high code quality and performance;
• Build stable, automated connectors between the CRM system, external service providers, and the internal platform;
• Model complex business workflows through system integrations;
• Work with the team to reliably deploy and operate applications in the AWS cloud infrastructure;
• Take full ownership of the assigned area and drive topics independently;
• Act as a strong link to the global platform team and partner developers;
• Contribute actively to team governance and processes;
• Solve complex integration problems and maintain clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.

• Several years of solid experience developing with Python and the Django Framework, including Django REST Framework;
• Full ownership of a functional area and the ability to work independently;
• Good understanding of clean architecture patterns and experience analyzing and evolving existing systems;
• Ability to write maintainable code;
• Confident use of SQL and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL;
• Deep understanding of B2B security standards, authentication methods such as OAuth2 and JWT, and data security;
• Analytical approach to complex integration problems;
• Nice to have: Experience with data orchestration such as Apache Airflow, data warehousing tools such as Databricks, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS infrastructure administration, Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, CRM APIs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
