• Proficiency in Data Modeling and experience in building scalable data architectures
• Design, enhance, and operate our central Data Warehouse
• Translate business requirements into robust data models and DWH concepts
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes, including incremental loading
• Implement historization and change‑tracking logic (e.g., Slowly Changing Dimensions)
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and correctness across the full data flow
• Build validation, control, and reconciliation mechanisms
• Optimize query, load, and data structure performance
• Document data models, load processes, and architectural decisions.

• Solid experience in building and operating Data Warehouse solutions
• Excellent command of T‑SQL and Microsoft SQL Server, especially for T‑SQL‑based DWH/ETL frameworks
• Strong knowledge of information modeling and DWH architecture (Kimball, star/snowflake schemas)
• Experience with multi‑layer ETL/ELT pipelines (Staging, Core, Data Marts)
• Practical experience with incremental loads, delta logic, historization and versioning concepts
• Experience in query and data structure optimization (indexes, partitioning)
• Understanding of data quality, validation, and control mechanisms
• Basic knowledge of data security, data protection, and handling of personal data
• English communication skills, both written and conversational.
• Будет плюсом: Proficiency in Git, PowerShell, and/or Python for automation, as well as C# and Power BI / SSRS, is a plus
