At Haven, data helps us create brighter experiences for our guests and our teams. As a Data Scientist, you’ll play a key role in turning data into insight—building machine learning models and analytical solutions that help us make better, more informed decisions across the business. You’ll work across the full data science journey, from exploring and experimenting with rich datasets to deploying robust, scalable solutions into production. Working closely with colleagues across engineering, product and operations, you’ll translate real business questions into practical, impactful insights—bringing curiosity, collaboration and clarity to everything you do.

Haven is the UK's leading holiday operator, welcoming around 4 million guests every year to our 38 parks and 3 exclusive owners-only sites. From Scotland to Cornwall, Norfolk to Wales, our parks are dotted along some of the most breath-taking parts of the great British coastline.

This role is remote-first. You'll be based from home most of the time, with occasional visits to our Hemel Hempstead head office or Haven parks, typically around three days on Park per quarter for team collaboration, workshops and external events.
