ISS A/S provides cleaning, food, workplace, and technical services, helping customers create productive workplaces, attract talent, and grow their businesses.

• Build and maintain data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric to ingest, transform, and prepare HR data for reporting and analytics;
• Develop and support data transformations following established Medallion Architecture patterns;
• Monitor data quality and validate incoming datasets, identifying issues and supporting resolution with senior engineers;
• Support secure and reliable operations by following data governance, security, deployment, and documentation standards;
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions and continuously improve the People Data Hub platform.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Pipelines, Notebooks, and OneLake, with willingness to develop deeper platform expertise;
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data processing concepts, including querying, data validation, and basic data modeling principles;
• Foundational programming skills in Python and/or PySpark, with the ability to develop and troubleshoot simple data transformation logic;
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data integration concepts, including working with CSV, Excel, and APIs as data sources;
• Awareness of data governance, security, and quality practices, including handling sensitive business data and following established standards and procedures;
• Strong learning agility and curiosity, with a proactive approach to developing technical skills and understanding modern data platform technologies;
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain issues clearly, ask questions, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders;
• Attention to detail in data processing, validation, documentation, and adherence to established standards;
• Team-oriented mindset and accountability, including reliability, willingness to support colleagues, and ownership of assigned tasks from start to completion;
• English and Polish;
• Nice to have: Exposure to Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Git, or cloud-based data platforms through projects, coursework, internships, or professional experience.
