• Develop and implement strategic digitalisation projects using AI across the insurance value chain;
• Prepare and integrate large volumes of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from diverse sources for (Gen)AI solutions;
• Contribute to the productive deployment and operation of machine learning and (Gen)AI solutions through MLOps;
• Design, implement, and operate scalable data-management and (Gen)AI solutions in cloud environments;
• Support and advise operational units on using project results for the development and enhancement of machine learning and (Gen)AI applications.

• Fluency in English and German;
• University degree in natural sciences, applied mathematics, computer science, business informatics, or a related field;
• Sound knowledge and experience in data modelling and data visualization;
• Experience with scalable data management concepts, standardized ETL processes, and data pipelines;
• Practical experience putting data management and MLOps into production;
• Knowledge of one or more programming, scripting, and database languages, such as Python, Spark, or SQL;
• Experience with version control systems and cloud technologies, such as GitHub, Azure, or AWS;
• Willingness to innovate and work proactively in a networked manner;
• Experience designing and implementing data- and AI-driven solutions based on classical ML models, LLMs, RAG architectures, and agent-based systems;
• Willingness to travel;
• Nice to have: industry experience in insurance.
