FinTop Consulting operates a digital subscription and creator technology platform at significant consumer and transaction scale. The platform supports an international user and creator ecosystem with continuous payments, product interactions, and event data, while scaling and rebuilding its core technology and data infrastructure.

• Design, build, and own batch and streaming data pipelines;
• Build reliable ETL/ELT processes for payments, product, and creator data;
• Develop and maintain the cloud data warehouse;
• Build scalable data models and transformation layers;
• Implement and manage event-streaming infrastructure;
• Work with Kafka or equivalent streaming technologies;
• Ensure data freshness, quality, lineage, and observability;
• Build monitoring and alerting around critical data pipelines;
• Support analytics and product teams with trusted datasets;
• Ensure revenue, retention, payouts, and transaction data reconcile correctly;
• Optimize data infrastructure for cost, scalability, and performance;
• Work closely with backend engineering during platform and database migrations;
• Operate independently and take ownership of the data platform roadmap.

• 5–10 Years of professional Data Engineering experience;
• Experience working with high-volume data platforms;
• Strong hands-on SQL skills, including performance tuning;
• Production experience with at least one modern cloud warehouse: Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift;
• Strong production experience with dbt, Airflow or equivalent orchestration, and Kafka or equivalent streaming technology;
• Proven experience with real-time or near-real-time streaming or event data;
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT architecture;
• Experience owning production pipelines end-to-end;
• Strong approach to data quality, monitoring, observability, and lineage;
• Ability to work independently and take technical ownership;
• Comfortable working in the creator technology industry;
• Strong hands-on data engineering capability;
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Limassol;
• Nice to have: iGaming, casino, betting, or sports-betting experience, high-volume transaction processing, AWS experience particularly Glue, S3, Firehose, or Athena, distributed SQL or NoSQL experience, database or platform migration experience, PostHog or comparable product analytics experience, fraud, chargeback, or payout data experience, consumer platforms processing millions of events, experience in fintech, payments, PSPs, crypto exchanges, creator/subscription platforms, gaming, marketplaces, social or live-streaming platforms, or ad-tech.
