• Lead the implementation backlog and coordinate day-to-day engineering activities to complete and stabilise the in-scope pilot components;
• Complete and optimise data pipelines hands-on, translating architecture decisions into implementable work packages;
• Prepare the solution for industrialisation by reducing complexity and minimising duplicated processing (“double run”);
• Coordinate with the internal Data Platform team and cloud orchestration to ensure practical integration and adoption;
• Coach internal stakeholders and provide technical handover and operational knowledge transfer;
• Prepare a delivery execution plan supporting pilot finalisation against the agreed milestone;
• Provide implementation support for the target architecture and technical standards;
• Contribute to the implementation roadmap and sequencing of industrialisation steps;
• Prepare technical coaching, handover, and operational knowledge-transfer materials.

• Strong experience in data engineering implementation within cloud-based data platforms, ideally on AWS;
• Strong experience in data pipeline implementation and optimisation;
• Good understanding of data platform architecture and ability to translate architecture decisions into implementable work packages;
• Experience supporting migration-related implementation aligned with a broader cloud migration strategy;
• Familiarity with lakehouse and medallion architecture built on Apache Iceberg and S3 tables;
• Ability to contribute to standards and blueprints, implementation sequencing, and technical enablement of internal teams;
• Client- and business-oriented approach with strong planning and organisation skills;
• Rigorous and process-focused approach with excellent written and verbal communication;
• Ability to operate in a hybrid advisory and delivery model, with regular on-site presence in Geneva.
