Data engineer in cloud platforms

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join an international team responsible for a strategic cloud data platform in the R&D field. The selected candidate will work primarily with AWS, Python, ETL/ELT, SQL and REST APIs, participating in the design, development and evolution of scalable data solutions that support users and business areas globally.

• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Build and maintain REST APIs for system integration.
• Work in AWS environments and optimize data processes.
• Resolve incidents and improve the performance of pipelines and SQL queries.
• Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from design to production.
• Collaborate with technical teams and international stakeholders.
• Promote development best practices, automation and DevOps.

• Solid experience as a Data Engineer.
• Professional experience developing with Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Design and maintenance of ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with SQL and query optimization.
• Development and design of REST APIs.
• Use of Git and CI/CD tools.
• Sufficient English proficiency to work in an international environment.
