Data engineer GCP

Integrating data, processing it in a distributed way, and coordinating its execution: the challenge is not just building each piece, but making sure they work together. At NTT DATA, we are looking for someone with experience in data engineering and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to participate in the data transformation of one of our major clients. We are an international consulting and technology services company. We combine the ability to deliver large-scale transformation projects with close collaboration among people who share knowledge and solve technical challenges as a team.

• Develop data applications and processes in the client's GCP environment.
• Integrate information from different sources to facilitate its processing and use.
• Work on distributed processing solutions, focusing on their performance and reliability.
• Participate in the planning and orchestration of data processes.
• Review and improve developments with the team, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with other technical professionals to understand project needs and turn them into data solutions.

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
• Experience in SQL development.
• Experience in Python development.
• Experience with data integration platforms: ETL/ELT.
• Databases and data models.
• Practical experience using version control techniques and methodologies.
• Experience in Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and the application lifecycle.
