• Own and manage tracking data pipelines and infrastructure for event data and web tracking;
• Ensure data quality, governance, and cost control through retention and storage optimization;
• Build and optimize ELT pipelines using Python and SQL;
• Improve data ingestion and orchestration with Airflow, Prefect, APIs, S3, Iceberg, and databases;
• Support the shift toward streaming and modern analytics use cases;
• Collaborate with engineering teams as data producers and analytics teams as data consumers;
• Enable internal users by making data reliable, well-documented, and easy to use;
• Take ownership of a high-volume data domain and keep it stable and scalable;
• Improve data reliability, usability, and cost efficiency;
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Bring structure to evolving systems while staying flexible in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in data engineering within cloud environments, preferably AWS;
• Strong Python and SQL skills;
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, orchestration tools such as Airflow and Prefect, and APIs;
• Familiarity with large-scale data systems and event-based data such as tracking or logs;
• Experience with Snowflake or a similar data warehouse;
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code with Terraform and CI/CD with GitHub Actions;
• Understanding of data architecture, testing, and best practices;
• Nice to have: experience with DBT, streaming tools, or BI tools.
