задачи
- Lead end-to-end data projects, translating business requirements into scalable data models, pipelines, and Power BI solutions
- Develop data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, SQL, and PySpark
- Design database schemas and implement Data Vault and dimensional data models
- Build and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and reports, supporting UAT and production deployment
- Develop and optimize data pipelines, data quality controls, SQL queries, and processing workflows
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and data governance requirements
- Lead a small team of developers, coordinating priorities, workload, and technical delivery while providing mentoring and guidance
- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, and promote data engineering and self-service analytics best practices
требования
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 7+ Years of progressively responsible experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on data modelling
- 4+ Years of experience in data engineering with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse and report development with Power BI
- Strong expertise in the Microsoft data stack, particularly Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Power BI
- Proven experience implementing Data Lake and Data Lakehouse architectures and working with large datasets and data pipelines
- Strong experience with Data Vault and dimensional data modelling
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience developing data solutions using PySpark
- Experience with data governance, data security, Azure cloud architecture, and CI/CD for data workflows
- Proven experience leading a data, data science, or similar technical team, including direct reports, mentoring, and technical project delivery
- Experience developing Power BI reports, including Paginated Reports or SSRS
- Будет плюсом: Apache Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure DevOps, big data technologies, AI-assisted development, AI/ML techniques
