• Develop data-driven solutions and innovative AI applications for marketing, business development, and sales;
• Build data pipelines and data models for analytics, BI, and AI use cases;
• Contribute to the design, development, and operation of agent-based workflows for business process automation and recommender systems;
• Help plan and implement modern cloud architectures, including Microsoft Azure and Databricks;
• Optimize ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines;
• Translate business requirements into sustainable and scalable data and AI solutions together with stakeholders.

• Hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, mathematics, engineering, physics, or a comparable field;
• Have proven practical programming skills in Python or R and SQL;
• Know relevant libraries and frameworks such as LangChain, Pytorch, Pandas, and NumPy;
• Demonstrate analytical thinking, a structured working style, strong willingness to learn, and problem-solving skills;
• Show enthusiasm for technology and AI;
• Nice to have: Initial experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or generative AI; knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, Databricks, or Copilot Studio; basic understanding of data architectures, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.
