• Understand requirements and advise customers on data pipelines, best practices, and Snowflake Data Engineering features;
• Design and develop data pipelines across the entire pipeline using modern Data Stack tools;
• Analyze datasets with the Snowflake AI Suite and present insights clearly;
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, Architects, and other Engineers to deliver customer solutions;
• Help customers establish structured and reliable data processes, including data protection, governance, access, and security concepts;
• Deliver Snowflake training for end users and Analysts;
• Create documentation and guidelines;
• Contribute to presales by developing technical solution concepts, supporting proposal presentations, and conducting workshops depending on experience.

• Experience with Data Platform projects, ideally Snowflake;
• Knowledge of Data Platform concepts, including DWH, Data Lake, Datalakehouse, Data Mesh, and Data Vault 2.0 or classic Snowflake and Star modelling patterns;
• Experience with Cloud Data Platforms and a cloud hyperscaler such as AWS, GCP, or Azure;
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including VPC and IAM;
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform;
• Ability to develop robust batch and streaming data pipelines with a strong focus on data quality;
• Broad knowledge of integration tools, including dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Talend, and Informatica;
• Knowledge of at least one of SQL, Python, Java, Scala, or Spark;
• Confident use of AI tools in the professional field and ability to critically evaluate their results;
• Very good German and good English;
• Nice to have: Consulting experience.
