• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Spark, Airflow, and AWS Glue;
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for large datasets;
• Design and evolve cloud-based data lake and lakehouse architectures;
• Ensure data quality, pipeline reliability, performance, and cost efficiency;
• Define technical standards and make key architectural decisions;
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks;
• Conduct code and architecture reviews and mentor other engineers;
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams.

• 7+ Years of experience in data engineering;
• Strong production experience with Spark, Airflow, and AWS Glue;
• Proven experience designing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and distributed data-processing solutions;
• Experience designing data lake or lakehouse architectures;
• Strong SQL and Python skills;
• Understanding of data modeling, partitioning, schema evolution, and data quality;
• Ability to independently own solutions from architecture through production support;
• Experience making technical decisions and providing guidance to other engineers.
