• Conduct second interviews to assess candidates’ technical depth and suitability for available positions
• Coordinate promptly with hiring managers to understand business needs
• Contribute to the recruitment team
• Participate in recruitment management and support hiring decisions

• Deep understanding of data architecture, AI/ML integration, and backend systems
• Strong experience designing and deploying scalable, data-driven applications
• At least 5 years of experience working as an Engineer on large-scale projects
• Previous experience hiring engineers to join a team
• Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic company
• Advanced English level
• Candidates must be based in regions aligned with Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones
