We are looking to hire a Technology Consulting Manager or Senior Manager to strengthen our Data Engineering and Architecture team. The selected person will play a key role in growing the practice, combining business development, client leadership, solution design, and the overall management of Data & Analytics projects.

• Contribute to the development of our Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and Cloud Analytics offering, leading both commercial activity and project delivery, as well as the development of the team.
• Identify, develop, and lead business opportunities related to Data Engineering, Cloud Analytics, Data Platforms, and Data Strategy.
• Manage client relationships, generate new opportunities, and contribute to opening and developing accounts.
• Lead presales processes and responses to complex, large-scale RFPs.
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, financial estimates, delivery models, and work plans.
• Present and defend proposals to business and technology stakeholders.
• Define value propositions and solutions around: Data Strategy and Data Assessments, Modern Data Platforms and Data Lakes, cloud, hybrid, and on-premise data architectures, Business Intelligence and Analytics, DataOps and MLOps, streaming platforms and real-time processing.
• Develop relationships with technology alliances and partners, identifying joint market opportunities.
• Concurrently manage a portfolio of approximately three or four projects.
• Ensure that commitments on scope, quality, timelines, and budget are met.
• Manage risks, dependencies, planning, capacity, and team workloads.
• Monitor project finances, including revenue, costs, margin, forecasts, and variances.
• Maintain executive-level communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help resolve critical situations, facilitating decision-making and the definition of action plans.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and that solutions align with client objectives.
• Lead the definition of data architectures and solutions from a management, feasibility, value, and commercial positioning perspective.
• Guide teams in selecting technologies, architectural patterns, and implementation models.
• Connect business needs with scalable, secure, and sustainable data engineering and architecture solutions.
• Take part in architecture reviews, estimates, transition plans, and technology roadmaps.
• Identify technical and operational risks during presales and delivery.
• Lead teams of 10 to 20 professionals, with the ability to take on structures of more than 20–25 people as the practice grows.
• Coordinate managers, architects, specialists, consultants, and engineering professionals.
• Build the team and develop capabilities, supporting the onboarding, training, and development of new professionals.
• Monitor team performance, professional development, assignments, and workload.
• Promote collaboration, autonomy, and knowledge sharing.

• More than 2 years of prior experience performing Manager responsibilities on Data, Analytics, Cloud, or technology transformation projects.
• Proven experience in the technical and financial management of consulting projects.
• Experience managing several projects simultaneously, with responsibility for timelines, risks, budget, margin, and teams.
• Experience developing and managing major accounts.
• Experience leading presales, proposals, and responses to RFPs.
• Ability to define and defend data architectures and solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing teams of more than 10 people.
• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another equivalent technical field.
• Fluent English (B2/C1, preferably C1). You must be able to lead meetings, defend an architecture, and write complex technical documentation in English.
• Ability to participate in proposals, meetings, and presentations in international environments.
• Broad understanding of data architectures and the ability to make decisions and lead solutions. It is not essential to be a hands-on technical specialist in every technology, but you must have sufficient knowledge to guide proposals, validate architectures, and hold high-level discussions with clients and technical teams.
• Experience with Analytics architectures in cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
• Knowledge of Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Lakehouse, and Modern Data Platforms.
• Knowledge of batch and streaming processing and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of data integration, governance, security, and quality.
• Knowledge of DataOps, DevOps, and MLOps applied to data platforms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure: Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, Analysis Services, Databricks, Delta Lake, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform: Cloud Storage, Dataproc, Dataflow, BigQuery, and visualization tools in the Google Cloud ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services: AWS Lambda, Glue, S3, Redshift, Athena, Redshift Spectrum, and Kinesis.
• Knowledge of Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Databricks.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka, Kafka Connect, and event-processing technologies.
• Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystems and platforms such as Cloudera.
• Knowledge of SQL databases, including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Knowledge of data integration, transformation, and exploitation tools and patterns.
