Strong Data Engineering background
Hands-on Azure Databricks experience
Experience with Azure Synapse and Data Lake
Strong SQL and Microsoft data stack experience
Experience with OCR, IDP, or Azure AI Document Intelligence
Exposure to NLP and ML
Comfortable working with international teams and business stakeholders
