Data Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines across systems;
• Lead data refactoring and integration projects across the platform;
• Optimise data flows and performance;
• Maintain high-quality documentation for data pipelines and architecture;
• Contribute to data governance initiatives focused on data quality, security, and compliance;
• Collaborate with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated data solutions;
• Engage stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance;
• Troubleshoot data issues and ensure the reliability and accuracy of data pipelines.

• Deep expertise in Microsoft SQL (T-SQL), including complex queries and stored procedures;
• Hands-on experience developing and orchestrating pipelines with Azure Data Factory;
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform ecosystem;
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modelling and integration;
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL best practices in a cloud environment;
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Team-oriented and proactive in knowledge sharing;
• Strong documentation skills;
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues and optimise performance;
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about clean, well-governed data;
• Takes ownership of delivering high-quality solutions;
• Nice to have: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Python, C#, PowerShell, CI/CD pipelines, version control, Azure DevOps, Git, data quality frameworks, data governance tools, Azure Databricks, Power BI, machine learning pipelines, model deployment.
