As a Junior Data Platform Engineer, you'll work alongside senior team members to tackle complex challenges, while taking ownership of your own areas of the problem, in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. The role is fundamentally about problem solving: understanding business challenges, breaking them down, and delivering pragmatic, scalable solutions.
You’ll work closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams, operating with a high degree of autonomy. That means proactively gathering context, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring work lands effectively.
