Define and evolve data platform architecture using Databricks
Translate business and analytics requirements into scalable data models and integration designs
Design lakehouse architecture and ETL/ELT solutions based on Spark and Delta Lake
Establish standards for ingestion, transformation, data quality, governance, and access control
Own architectural decisions and guide engineering teams through implementation, reviewing architectural decisions along the way
Assess trade-offs across scalability, performance, maintainability, and cost
Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
требования
Proven experience as a Data Architect
Hands-on expertise with Databricks
Experience with lakehouse architecture, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake
Strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL/ELT design
Strong SQL and Python/PySpark skills
Experience with data governance, security, data quality, and lineage
Ability to own architectural decisions and guide implementation
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
