Data analyst in healthcare

• Help integrate health and safety concepts among the personnel under your supervision.
• Communicate and ensure compliance with the rules and instructions among the people under your supervision, ensuring that they are carried out under the appropriate health and safety conditions.
• Actively participate in the quality system. Record incidents, inform your manager, and propose any improvement action considered appropriate.
• Clean and maintain the workplace daily.
• Collaborate on any actions assigned by your managers.
• Define data access, quality, standardization, and security policies.
• Create and maintain the data request process, including response times, approval flows, and responsibilities.
• Manage the data lifecycle from its origin through to its use in BI.
• Identify, validate, and maintain the correct and official data sources for each indicator or area.
• Establish data quality criteria (completeness, consistency, uniqueness, validity, and timeliness).
• Implement quality controls both at source and in the architecture (Data Lake/DWH) to detect errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies.
• Coordinate corrective actions with business areas and Systems in response to quality incidents.
• Generate and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards (Data Quality KPIs) to assess progress and maturity.
• Oversee that indicators published in BI meet the defined quality standards.
• Define the corporate data architecture (Data Lake and Data Warehouse) together with Systems.
• Establish standards for data integration, storage, security, and governance.
• Select and/or operate appropriate tools for data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of the Data Lake, ensuring data consistency and lineage.
• Build and maintain data models for the Data Lake and DWH.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes in SQL, Python, or corporate tools (ADF, SSIS, dbt, etc.).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of databases and models.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of the Data Lake, ensuring data consistency and lineage.
• Monitor quality, performance, and costs associated with data processing.

• Higher vocational qualification in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, etc.
• Demonstrable 3–5 years of experience in project management, data engineering, BI and/or analytics.
• Demonstrable experience and knowledge of SQL Server, Power BI, and Snowflake.
• Excellent communication skills and an internal customer-focused approach.
• Rigor, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Technical and operational orientation, with the ability to work autonomously, manage several processes and/or projects simultaneously, and contribute to the effective operation of the department.
• Proactivity, a positive attitude, and a focus on service quality.
