Intellias develops digital solutions for leading companies and helps them adopt the latest technology trends. The client is an iGaming innovator creating online gambling games and solutions, including the globally popular Aviator.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the DevOps / System Engineering team to ensure predictable delivery and operational stability;
• Lead, mentor, and develop DevOps Engineers, including hiring, onboarding, 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and career development;
• Own end-to-end delivery for the DevOps team, including planning, prioritization, and resource allocation;
• Manage workload, capacity, and delivery commitments while identifying and removing blockers;
• Coordinate collaboration with Software Development, QA, Release Management, Security, and Project Management teams;
• Drive communication between technical teams and business stakeholders while managing dependencies, risks, and timelines;
• Monitor team performance, delivery KPIs, and operational SLAs, and provide status updates and reports to the Head of Infrastructure;
• Improve team processes, workflows, and delivery efficiency through best practices and operational improvements.

• 5+ Years of experience in DevOps Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, or IT Operations;
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role such as DevOps Team Lead, Engineering Manager, DevOps Manager, Delivery Manager in Infrastructure/DevOps, or Technical Team Lead with people management responsibilities;
• Proven experience managing DevOps or Infrastructure engineers, including hiring, mentoring, performance reviews, and career development;
• Strong delivery management experience rather than hands-on engineering;
• Experience planning and tracking delivery, prioritizing work, managing team capacity, removing blockers, and ensuring timely execution;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Ability to resolve conflicts, manage expectations, and align multiple stakeholders;
• Ability to communicate with architects and senior DevOps engineers, understand technical discussions, estimate work, and support technical decision-making;
• Nice to have: AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps.
