• Organize and supervise work performed by direction employees;
• Ensure execution of orders, regulations, and assignments related to the direction;
• Summarize statistics on issues in application systems and implement measures to resolve issues and optimize systems;
• Form contract terms related to the maintenance of application systems operated by the bank;
• Manage all modules and systems operated within the automated banking system;
• Manage all systems supporting the automated banking system, ensure uninterrupted operation, and monitor them;
• Manage the interbank system;
• Manage databases;
• Perform other functions assigned by the bank's internal legal acts, decisions, and orders, as well as other assignments related to the role.

• At least 3 years of work experience in IT during the last 5 years, including at least 2 years in a managerial position;
• Higher education; technical education is preferred;
• Excellent Armenian and Russian and good English;
• Organizational skills;
• Regulatory and creative skills;
• Strong discipline and sense of responsibility.
