- Build and develop the engineering team, including hiring and evaluating candidates;
- Provide technical leadership and mentor developers;
- Define development processes and ensure their continuous improvement;
- Plan, decompose, and prioritize technical tasks;
- Oversee task execution and delivery timelines;

требования
- Strong commercial experience with Go and C# (Unity);
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams;
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture;
- Experience with performance optimization and profiling;
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines;
- Confident use of Git and modern development workflows;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
