You design and develop scalable, cloud-native backend systems and microservices using Java and Kotlin.

You maintain Kubernetes environments and automate deployments following GitOps practices with Helm and ArgoCD.

You ensure high code quality based on Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and Harness Engineering principles.

You leverage AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex, along with Context Engineering, to boost development efficiency.

You drive architectural decisions and, ideally, lead and mentor technical teams.

YOUR PROFIL

You have at least 2 years, ideally 3+ years, of experience in software development with Java and/or Kotlin.

You have solid expertise in Spring Boot or Quarkus.

You have hands-on experience with MS Azure, GCP, or AWS, as well as with IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.

You are familiar with AI-assisted software development and Harness Engineering practices.

You are strongly committed to Clean Code and high software quality standards.

You have experience leading technical teams and working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

You are a strong team player, speak fluent English and German skills are a plus.
