• Design and develop robust, scalable software features for patient access solutions;
• Implement complex software modules and components using C# and .NET;
• Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of cloud-native applications;
• Lead the integration of new features into existing systems;
• Collaborate within an agile Scrum team to define, plan, and execute development cycles;
• Conduct research and analysis to devise innovative solutions for patient identity management;
• Propose and evaluate technical solutions, considering trade-offs and long-term implications;
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers;
• Drive the adoption of best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration;
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues;
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to translate requirements into technical specifications;
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of designs, implementations, and operational procedures.

• 5+ Years of progressive experience in designing and building enterprise-grade applications;
• Advanced expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and practical application;
• Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience with .NET framework and C#;
• Proven ability to design and implement full-stack enterprise applications;
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or React;
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure;
• Mandatory experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm);
• Solid understanding and practical application of DevOps practices and tools;
• Expertise in designing, querying, and optimizing relational databases (MS SQL Server or Postgres);
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and leading technical initiatives;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Nice to have: Agentic AI, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code.
