• Lead a team of developers and build transparent, efficient development processes;
• Drive talent management initiatives, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and supporting professional growth;
• Develop and evolve core and meta gameplay systems;
• Maintain code quality through refactoring, optimization, bug fixing, and regular code reviews;
• Participate in task decomposition, technical design, estimation, and feature-level technical decision-making;

• Five plus years of commercial experience developing mobile games with Unity and C#;
• Experience leading a development team of five to ten engineers;
• Hands-on experience with employee development and evaluation frameworks such as performance reviews, PDPs, and 360 assessments;
• Proven experience conducting technical interviews and hiring specialists;
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and approaches, including solid experience with Dependency Injection;
• Strong experience with collaborative development practices, including Git and code reviews;
• Basic understanding of multiplayer architecture and client-server interaction principles;
• Fluent Russian;
• Nice to have: Experience with ECS frameworks such as Morpeh, LeoECS, Entitas, or DOTS, understanding of Unity’s physics systems, experience developing for desktop platforms, experience with performance optimization and profiling.
