This is a hybrid role requiring relocation to Tbilisi, Yerevan, Almaty, or Cyprus, and the selection process includes technical interviews and a potential test assignment.
Chillbase is an independent game studio focused on creating products that align with the team's interests. The company develops OneState, a social roleplay game set in a realistic open world, utilizing advanced technologies such as ECS, custom networking, physics, and graphics solutions.

задачи
- Lead a team of developers and build transparent, efficient development processes;
- Drive talent management initiatives, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and supporting professional growth;
- Develop and evolve core and meta gameplay systems;
- Maintain code quality through refactoring, optimization, bug fixing, and regular code reviews;
- Participate in task decomposition, technical design, estimation, and feature-level technical decision-making;
требования
- Five plus years of commercial experience developing mobile games with Unity and C#;
- Experience leading a development team of five to ten engineers;
- Hands-on experience with employee development and evaluation frameworks such as performance reviews, PDPs, and 360 assessments;
- Proven experience conducting technical interviews and hiring specialists;
- Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and approaches, including solid experience with Dependency Injection;
- Strong experience with collaborative development practices, including Git and code reviews;
- Basic understanding of multiplayer architecture and client-server interaction principles;
- Fluent Russian;
- Nice to have: Experience with ECS frameworks such as Morpeh, LeoECS, Entitas, or DOTS, understanding of Unity’s physics systems, experience developing for desktop platforms, experience with performance optimization and profiling.
