• Automate test cases using the coding languages and standards used by the development team, keeping manual testing to a minimum;
• Create fast and reliable automated tests, investigate test failures, and improve automation efficiency with modern tools and frameworks;
• Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to generate test scripts, improve code quality, and streamline troubleshooting;
• Improve existing or build new Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines;
• Mentor other QEs on automation best practices and support automation backlog efforts;
• Investigate bugs, perform root-cause analysis, and inspect source code when necessary;
• Participate in software architecture discussions and interactive whiteboard sessions;
• Collaborate on user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for product knowledge across the business;
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with the wider engineering team.

• 3+ Years of hands-on experience with C#, including writing unit and integration tests and using mocking frameworks;
• Strong experience developing, maintaining, and scaling automated test frameworks;
• At least 2+ years of focused experience in API testing;
• Experience with Docker and a genuine interest in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines;
• Familiarity with or strong interest in using AI tools throughout the development and testing lifecycle;
• Solid understanding of testing concepts, methodologies, and processes;
• Foundational knowledge of web technologies, including web services, application servers, and RESTful APIs;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Willingness to participate in and often lead technical discussions;
• Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to complex, fast-moving issues;
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse stakeholders;
• Proactive attitude toward personal development and strong sense of responsibility for work.
