• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality C# .NET Framework GUI applications with WPF;
• Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery;
• Mentor and guide junior developers;
• Apply design and architecture principles, common data structures, and algorithm complexity knowledge;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs;
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation;
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in modern C# development practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in C# development with WPF;
• Proactive and flexible approach to dealing with challenges;
• Web development experience with TypeScript and React;
• Knowledge of Microsoft .NET and C#;
• Experience with design patterns such as MVVM, IoC, and Reactive Extensions (Rx);
• Ability to deliver quality code without relying on the test team;
• Experience across the entire .NET project development lifecycle, from architecture through maintenance;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, IntelliJ, JIRA, Confluence, and Git version control;
• Proficient Windows user;
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral;
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
• Good knowledge of FX and appreciation for electronic trading;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
