c# developer for information systems

ALGOTEQUE is an IT consultancy firm that helps startups, mid-sized companies, and large corporations create and deliver innovative technologies. It designs, develops, implements, and integrates software solutions across AI, ML, BI, web, and automation for multiple industries.

• Design, develop, and maintain information systems based on Microsoft and Oracle technologies;
• Collaborate with business users to analyze requirements and clarify functional needs;
• Participate in designing new solutions and propose directions for system development;
• Implement new functionalities and participate in internal software testing;
• Create and update technical and functional documentation;
• Implement solutions supporting data quality improvement and data warehouse integration;
• Support the review of project and technical documentation prepared by external suppliers;
• Collaborate with project teams throughout all stages of initiative delivery;
• Attend project meetings in Warsaw every two weeks.

• At least 3 years of experience developing applications with C#, .NET Framework 4.5+, WCF, MVC.NET, SQL, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS);
• Experience developing web applications;
• Practical knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, HTML5, and CSS3;
• Knowledge of Visual Studio;
• Experience with unit testing and test automation;
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns;
• Ability to analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Very good communication skills and experience collaborating with business stakeholders and external suppliers;
• Independence, good work organization, and teamwork skills;
• English sufficient for fluent work with technical documentation;
• Nice to have: experience delivering projects for the financial sector or other large organizations, knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases, experience with CASE tools such as Enterprise Architect and UML modeling, knowledge of Agile or XP methodologies, basic UX Design knowledge, experience working in matrix structures, knowledge of ITIL best practices.
