C# Developer

• Supervise the team’s day-to-day operations;
• Analyze and establish business requirements with the product management team;
• Develop new product features, focusing on the backend;
• Estimate implementation efforts, including costs and capacity;
• Develop hard and soft skills together with the team;
• Make technical decisions;
• Lead and involve others in code reviews;
• Ensure a positive team atmosphere, learning, and motivation;
• Communicate with project stakeholders;
• Establish and review team communication and processes;
• Prepare and conduct regular meetings, planning sessions, daily meetings, and retrospectives.

• 5+ Years of software development experience in commercial projects;
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, Win API, data structures, and algorithms;
• Experience as a team leader for a group of 4–5 developers;
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, self-control, and responsibility;
• Result-oriented and proactive approach;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Technical mindset and great attention to detail;
• Good communication skills;
• English proficiency sufficient for communication with international teams.
