C# Developer

Select Tech provides IT services and consulting, IT system training and support, and IT system data services.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core;
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems;
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications;
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements;
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices;
• Design and optimise SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures;
• Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure services;
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git;
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives;
• Stay up to date with emerging Microsoft technologies and development best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 3–5+ Years of experience developing applications using .NET Framework and/or .NET Core;
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web APIs;
• Experience designing and developing SQL Server databases;
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor;
• Experience developing cloud-based applications using Microsoft Azure;
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party applications;
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and software engineering best practices;
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments;
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills;
• Fluent English communication skills;
