• Integrate AI assistants into daily workflow for rapid code generation, debugging, and complex problem-solving;
• Design and implement scalable backend services using .NET Core 6+ capable of handling thousands of concurrent users;
• Build and optimize distributed systems with a focus on high availability, utilizing Event-Driven architectures and message queuing;
• Achieve a mandatory 97% code coverage ratio by leveraging AI to generate comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests;
• Optimize SQL and NoSQL schemas and queries to ensure peak application performance;
• Participate in rigorous code reviews focused on performance, observability, and adherence to simple code standards.

• Have 5+ years of hands-on coding experience in modern backend environments;
• Possess deep experience with AIDLC and an agentic programming mindset;
• Demonstrate deep proficiency in .NET Core 6+ and C# at an advanced level;
• Show strong expertise in SQL databases including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL;
• Have hands-on experience with Azure or AWS;
• Maintain a strong grasp of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design.
