The company builds next-generation high-frequency trading infrastructure, focusing on low-level optimization, hardware-near coding, and extreme networking.

• Design and optimize HFT trading engines in C++ (17/20) with <10 µs latency targets;
• Implement Market Making strategies including spread management, inventory control, and real-time risk;
• Build and maintain distributed systems handling massive market data feeds;
• Tune the entire network stack for deterministic, ultra-low latency.

• Proven experience building trading engines or market data ingestion systems in a production HFT environment;
• Deep hands-on expertise with AWS EC2 (C/P/Z instances, EBS-optimized, CPU Pinning, Placement Groups, VPC) and low-latency cloud deployments;
• Production experience designing and running automated market-making algorithms in crypto or traditional equities;
• Expert-level understanding of TCP/IP, UDP multicast (PIM/IGMP), socket buffer tuning, and congestion control;
• Mandatory production experience with Kernel Bypass using Solarflare / OpenOnload or Mellanox VMA / DPDK;
• Experience building binary application-level protocols such as SBE, custom FIX engines, and zero-copy serialization;
• Expertise in low-latency clustering, shared memory, lock-free IPC, and ensuring deterministic behavior under load;
• Proficiency in Modern C++ (17/20), multithreading, lock-free data structures, and profiling tools like perf, VTune, and Intel PCM;
• Nice to have: Experience with crypto exchanges (Binance, Bybit, OKX) via WebSocket + UDP feeds, DPDK / XDP / AF_XDP, knowledge of order book microstructure and market dynamics.
